Walk-ins are accepted only at the Immunization Clinic (251 N. Bayou St.). Same-day, or later, appointments may be scheduled by calling (251) 690-8889. Closed on Saturdays. Parents and caregivers should remember to have with them when bringing their children in for immunizations:

• immunization records
• Social Security cards
• Medicaid cards

Alabama law requires children to have an Immunization Card (blue card) prior to registering for school. Blue cards for students who will be attending the same school as they did the year before should be on file at the school. It is important to note that students entering the ninth grade must have a new blue card in order to register for school.
